Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 1302(b)(1) and 704(7) your Chapter 13 Trustee has a duty unless the court orders otherwise, to furnish such information concerning the estate and the estate’s administration as is requested by a party in interest.

You may review, without charge, your Chapter 13 Bankruptcy case information posted at the National Data Center. The National Data Center has been designed for individuals in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. It puts your Chapter 13 case’s information at your fingertips twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

Please review the information and contact your attorney if you have any questions or notice any discrepancies. If you need a hard copy of your plan payments and disbursements and are unable to print one independently, please send a written request to the Trustee’s office and we will be happy to provide you one, once annually.

Information relating to your Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Case will be made available on the internet to your creditors and other parties of interest. Your case information is NOT available to the general public. Information is available to parties in interest who request such information, which may include the following:

  • Your name, address, case number, state and district in which your case is pending and the Trustee assigned to your case. Neither your employer’s name nor your social security number will be displayed; however creditors may search for your Bankruptcy case using your social security number.
  • Information regarding claims filed against your bankruptcy case including the identity of the claimant, the type of claim (i.e. secured, priority taxes, unsecured, etc.), as well as the amount of the claim.
  • A history of all payments you make to the Trustee including the date and amount of each payment.
  • A history of all payments made by the Trustee to creditors in your bankruptcy case including the amount of the check, the person to whom the check was sent and the date the check was issued.
